Refund Policy

At Day Light Skin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products, unless the item is damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your return has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@daylightskin.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

Our support team will provide return instructions and address details.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card again.

  • Then contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@daylightskin.com.
